Team Building Event Stryker Leibinger GmbH & Co. KG
Under bright sunshine on September 2, 2023 at 1:00 PM we kicked off an exciting Murder Mystery Geocaching for the colleagues of Stryker Leibinger GmbH & Co. KG.
As team guide I welcomed the nine participants at the Rathausplatz and gave them a brief introduction to the concept. After a short briefing we split the group into two teams and the adventure began: a team building experience in Freiburg im Breisgau at its liveliest.
Equipped with tablets and our special app the teams became investigators tasked with solving various cases across the city center. The technology pointed them to the next crime scenes and led them to stations where they had to gather clues, decode puzzles and complete team challenges. Familiar places transformed into game locations: from the Freiburg Minster and the Martinstor to the Augustinermuseum the city provided the perfect backdrop.
During the tour the teams moved independently and competed against each other in friendly rivalry. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and successfully completed tasks so quick thinking and clear communication were essential. I was reachable by phone throughout the tour to assist with questions or technical issues.
Murder Mystery Geocaching combines adventure with social learning: it fosters collaboration brings together different talents and creates many shared moments of success. This team building experience in Freiburg im Breisgau clearly showed how much joy solving puzzles and working together can bring.
After exactly three hours everyone met back at the Rathausplatz for the award ceremony. The mood was celebratory the teams exchanged anecdotes and we honored the best sleuths of the day. Moments like these remain memorable for the team.
