Team Building Event DACHSER SE
The 25 participants from DACHSER SE arrived punctually for our iPad Tour at Thomas-Dachser-Straße, full of anticipation and ready for a shared adventure in Kempten.
As the CityHunters team guide I warmly welcomed the group, gave a short introduction to using the iPads and the CityHunters App, and divided everyone into teams: four groups in total, now competing in friendly rivalry.
Our tour combined a modern high-tech experience with the city's fascinating history. The teams navigated the city center on their own, discovered corners of Kempten, and solved creative puzzles and challenges at various stations. This turned city exploration into a true team building experience in Kempten.
With bright sunshine and perfect weather we passed well-known sights such as St. Lorenz, the Fürstäbtliche Residenz and the town hall. Unexpected tasks repeatedly sparked conversation and laughter: observation, speed and teamwork were required to collect points.
Points were earned by correctly solved puzzles and successful team challenges; the CityHunters App displayed results in real time and kept motivation high. The teams were left to their own devices and developed their own strategies — that is exactly what makes this team building experience in Kempten so valuable and lasting.
I was reachable by phone throughout the entire tour and stepped in to help when questions came up. Often a quick call was enough to clear minor hurdles; otherwise the groups could enjoy their competition uninterrupted.
After about an hour and a half all teams met again at Thomas-Dachser-Straße for the joint awards ceremony. The atmosphere was jubilant, the winners were celebrated, and everyone left with noticeably strengthened team dynamics.
The iPad Tour is more than a game: it combines technology, city history and a lot of fun working together. For anyone seeking a team building experience in Kempten, this format is a lively, entertaining way to get to know colleagues better and celebrate achievements together.
I am already looking forward to the next tour in Kempten — perhaps with you and your team.
