Team Building Event Wolff & Müller Holding
On 01.09.2023 at 14:15 I had the pleasure of guiding a Geocaching event as a CityHunters team guide for 35 employees of Wolff & Müller Holding in Stuttgart. The meeting point was the Kunstgebäude at Schlossplatz, where I warmly welcomed the teams, explained the schedule and gave the technical instructions for the CityHunters app on the tablets. The mood was immediately positive, perfect conditions for an active team building experience in Stuttgart.
The group was divided into five teams and set off after a short briefing. During the tour the teams moved independently and competed against each other in a friendly contest. Points were awarded for correctly solving puzzles and mastering team tasks — creativity, communication and powers of observation were required. I remained reachable by phone throughout the tour in case any questions or technical problems arose.
Our route led the teams past some of Stuttgart's most beautiful spots. Stops like the Staatsgalerie Stuttgart, the Old Castle and the Stiftskirche provided fascinating backdrops for tricky challenges and brief moments of discovery. Sightseeing was combined with playful competition and the participants experienced their city anew. This kind of team building experience in Stuttgart mixes fun with shared goal-oriented work and strengthens the sense of togetherness sustainably.
The two hours flew by: lively discussions, loud puzzling over challenges and many small moments of success shaped the tour. The good weather boosted the upbeat atmosphere, and more than once you could hear surprised exclamations when a team solved a task quickly or discovered an especially beautiful spot. Team building experience in Stuttgart is fun and creates memories that linger long after the workday.
At the end all teams met again at the Kunstgebäude at Schlossplatz for the awards ceremony. The tension was tangible as the points were tallied — after all, every team hoped for victory. The joint debrief and the little finale rounded off the afternoon perfectly.
Events like this show that Geocaching is a lively, active form of team building experience in Stuttgart. It offers an ideal mix of competition, discovery and shared enjoyment — a great way to get to know colleagues differently and achieve something great together.
