Team Building Event Rhenag - Rheinische Energie AG
The weather was perfect and set the mood for our iPad Tour through Much on August 10, 2023 at 4:30 PM.
As a CityHunters team guide I welcomed 33 participants from Rhenag – Rheinische Energie AG at the Trans World Hotel Kranichhöhe in Bövingen. After a brief introduction on how to use the iPads and the CityHunters app the guests were divided into five teams and then the exciting adventure began.
Our iPad Tour in Much combines modern technology with playful discovery: the app guided the teams to various stations where tricky puzzles and creative team tasks awaited. Points were awarded for correctly solved challenges, creating a fair and motivating competition. During the tour the teams were on their own and could fully play to their strategies and strengths. I was reachable by phone at all times in case questions or technical issues arose.
The team building experience in Much really got going: in the alleys and squares of the town center colleagues discovered Much from a new perspective. Some groups explored historic corners around St. Martinus Church, others completed tasks at Overbach Castle and at the chapel in Hohr — lovely landmarks that enriched the city exploration.
The CityHunters app showed real-time scores and enabled dynamic interaction between the teams. This created a friendly competition that called for observation, creativity and team spirit. Such elements make our team building event in Much a lasting experience that brings colleagues closer together.
After exactly two hours all groups met back at the hotel for the final awards ceremony. The atmosphere was fantastic and the winning team was presented with medals — a fitting end to an active afternoon.
The team building experience in Much demonstrated impressively how fun and collaboration can go hand in hand. I am glad we were able to inspire so many motivated people and look forward to many more tours in Much.
