Team Building Event Siemens AG
The 21 participants from Siemens AG arrived on time and in high spirits for our iPad Tour in Old Town.
As the CityHunters team guide, I welcomed the group at Odeonsplatz in front of the Feldherrnhalle and gave a brief introduction to the high-tech Scavenger Hunt. After a concise briefing on using the iPads and the CityHunters app, we formed four teams and the adventure began.
Our iPad Tour combines exploring the city with clever challenges: the app connects all teams in real time, shows the scores, and provides a motivating live chat. This blends digital play with classic teamwork, ideal for a genuine team building experience in Old Town.
The teams set off on their own, explored corners of the city center and passed well-known sights such as the Frauenkirche, the Deutsches Museum and the New Town Hall. At each stop there were puzzles and creative team tasks that required skill, observation and cooperation. I was available by phone for questions and regularly offered little hints.
The competitive spirit was palpable, but the focus remained on shared fun: laughing, debating and devising strategies — that is exactly what makes a team building experience in Old Town so valuable. The mix of culture, technology and play injected fresh energy into the team and created many shared memories.
After exactly two hours all groups reconvened at Odeonsplatz for the awards ceremony. The top three teams were presented with medals and the pride in the points they had earned together was clearly visible. The perfect weather contributed to the positive mood.
An iPad Tour with CityHunters is more than just a Scavenger Hunt: it is an interactive experience that brings colleagues closer together and leaves a lasting impression. For anyone looking for a team building experience in Old Town, this format is an exciting way to rediscover the city while strengthening team bonds.
