Team Building Event NGK EUROPE GMBH
Our event concept combines modern technology with playful competition to sustainably strengthen team spirit – exactly what I experienced on 11.07.2023 during an iPad Tour in Kronberg im Taunus for NGK EUROPE GMBH.
At 17:00, 14 participants met me as their team guide at the Stadtkirche St. Johann. After a brief, clear introduction to using the iPads and the CityHunters app, we outlined the plan and split the group into three teams. The excitement was palpable: a team building experience in Kronberg im Taunus can get off to such a simple start.
Each team received an iPad as the hub of the tour. The app guided the groups to exciting stops in the town centre, where historic corners met modern puzzles. While the teams operated independently, I remained reachable by phone in case technical questions or other queries arose. The blend of high tech and city exploration makes our concept an ideal element for a team building experience in Kronberg im Taunus.
Along the route we discovered charming highlights such as Schloss Friedrichshof, Burg Kronberg and the Quellenpark Kronthal. At these spots creative team challenges and tricky questions awaited, all worth points. Points were earned not by luck but by correctly solving puzzles and working together on tasks – precisely what promotes communication, role allocation and the joy of shared achievements.
The atmosphere during the tour was both cheerful and focused; the weather cooperated, so the teams moved energetically through Kronberg im Taunus and competed in good spirits. After two hours all groups returned to the Stadtkirche St. Johann for the joint award ceremony. Each participant received a personalized certificate as a keepsake of an active, connecting afternoon.
