Team Building Event BABLE GmbH
On July 7, 2023, at 10:00 AM I had the pleasure of guiding a lively iPad Tour for 15 colleagues from BABLE GmbH in Stuttgart as a CityHunters team guide. The meeting point was the Kunstgebäude at Schlossplatz, where I welcomed the group, gave a brief introduction to using the iPads and our CityHunters app, and divided everyone into teams. The 15 participants became three teams, each eagerly preparing for the upcoming adventure.
The tour offered a great mix of city exploration and playful competition: our group moved through the city center, discovered places like the Staatsgalerie Stuttgart, the Old Castle and Schlossplatz, and solved creative tasks and puzzles at various stations. Each team used its iPad as a central hub, collected points through correct answers and team challenges, and experienced a real team building experience in Stuttgart. The CityHunters app connected the teams in real time, displayed live standings and encouraged motivating interaction.
While the teams were out on their own, I stayed reachable by phone and assisted with questions or technical issues. It was especially rewarding to see different personalities complement one another: precise observers, creative thinkers and quick doers found common strategies. Laughter, aha moments and short competitions created a relaxed, positive atmosphere — exactly what we imagine for an effective team building experience in Stuttgart.
After about three hours we met again at the Kunstgebäude at Schlossplatz for a joint awards ceremony. The perfect weather accompanied us as we honored the winners and reflected on the day’s highlights. Events like this combine fun with real benefits: colleagues get to know one another in new ways, strengthen trust and communication, and take away a host of positive impressions.
