Team Building Event TÜV SÜD Industrie Service GmbH
The weather that afternoon was simply perfect and set the ideal stage for our Geocaching event in Augsburg.
As the CityHunters team guide I welcomed 21 participants from TÜV SÜD Industrie Service GmbH at the Manzù Fountain on Königsplatz on July 7, 2023 at 1:30 PM. After a short introduction I showed the preinstalled CityHunters app on the tablets and explained how the tour would work. The group was split into four teams and set off full of energy and curiosity, exactly what makes a team building experience in Augsburg so exciting.
Over the next three hours the teams explored Augsburg on their own, from historic squares to well-known sights like the Fuggerei, Augsburg Town Hall and the Cathedral of Our Lady. Everywhere there were small puzzles and team challenges to solve, earning points along the way. The mix of sleuthing, creative problem solving and spontaneous team actions brought loud laughter, focused faces and many aha moments. I remained reachable by phone the entire time in case of questions or technical issues.
A team building experience in Augsburg playfully shows how well collaboration can work: everyone contributed their strengths, and in the end the shared fun was the real winner. The city's atmosphere, its historic corners and even a glimpse into the waterworks added extra spark to the tour. Our Geocaching tour combines urban exploration and competition, the perfect mix for a sustainable team building experience in Augsburg.
After three hours all teams met again at the Manzù Fountain for the award ceremony. Excitement and pride filled the air as we celebrated the most creative solutions and the best team performances.
