Team Building Event TÜV SÜD AG
Our event concept combines history, culture and modern technology into an interactive iPad Tour that builds team spirit and guarantees lasting fun.
On June 21, 2023 at 4:00 PM I had the pleasure of welcoming 70 colleagues from TÜV SÜD AG at Max-Joseph-Platz as a CityHunters team guide. After a brief introduction to the iPads and the CityHunters app, the participants were split into 13 teams and the adventure began. The iPads served as the hub of the high-tech Scavenger Hunt, creating a playful connection between city exploration and teamwork.
The route took the groups across Old Town past landmarks such as the Frauenkirche, the New Town Hall and the Deutsches Museum. At various stations the teams faced interactive puzzles and creative team challenges, earning points for correctly solved tasks. The app displayed the scores in real time and enabled motivating live exchanges, keeping the competition exciting until the end. During the tour the teams were largely on their own and could put their strategy and cohesion to the test; I was reachable by phone at all times in case of questions or technical issues.
The weather cooperated and the atmosphere was both lively and focused — a genuine team building experience in Old Town that sparked enthusiasm and many shared aha moments. Participants got to know one another in a relaxed setting, laughed at original tasks and developed creative solutions. It is precisely this mix of play, getting to know each other and discovering the city that makes our team building event in Old Town so special.
After exactly two hours all teams reconvened at Max-Joseph-Platz for the joint awards ceremony. The joy over the winning teams was great, but even greater was the feeling of having experienced something together. Anyone who wants to rediscover Old Town and values collegial togetherness will find a genuine team building experience with us — modern, interactive and sustainable.
