Team Building Event Glas Trösch Euroholding AG & Co. KGaA
Under bright sunshine we began our Murder Mystery Geocaching on 20 June 2023 at 3:00 pm in Schwäbisch Hall — perfect weather for an active team building event. As the team guide I welcomed the five participants from Glas Trösch Euroholding AG & Co. KGaA at Haalplatz and gave a short introduction before the teams set off on their investigative missions.
After a brief briefing and the distribution of the tablet app, each group set off independently. Our approach to a team building experience in Schwäbisch Hall combines tricky puzzles with exciting team tasks: points were awarded for correct solutions, clever cooperation and speed. Participants navigated virtually to various stations, discovering familiar places like St. Michael, the Kunsthalle Würth and the historic town hall from a completely new perspective.
During the roughly three-hour tour the teams competed directly with one another and against the clock. I was reachable by phone for any questions or technical issues, and I enjoyed seeing how creative the solutions often were. The Murder Mystery Geocaching brought the sights to life: small clues turned the Hällisch-Fränkische Museum and the alleys around the Neubau into intriguing crime scenes.
The atmosphere was energetic and cheerful; laughter and lively discussions were just as present as focused problem-solving. For me this is exactly what makes a team building experience in Schwäbisch Hall so appealing: discovering new sides of the city together, supporting one another and growing closer as a group. The mix of adventure and teamwork quickly revealed who contributed which strengths to the team.
After three hours everyone met again at Haalplatz for the award ceremony. It was wonderful to see how proud the colleagues were of their accomplishments. As a small keepsake each participant received a personalized certificate. Moments like these — shared experiences, personal successes and a newly strengthened sense of togetherness — are precisely what make a team building experience in Schwäbisch Hall so special.
