Team Building Event Diaz & Ranz GmbH
Ten employees of Diaz & Ranz GmbH met on June 19, 2023 at 10:15 AM for an exciting Geocaching event in Bonn.
As CityHunters team guide, I welcomed the group at Gasthaus Elefant on Sternstraße and, after a short briefing, handed out the tasks, tablets and game rules. The participants were split into three teams and soon a lively buzz spread through the ranks: everyone wanted to earn points and solve challenges together. Our motto for the day was simple: have fun and grow together as a team — a true team building experience in Bonn.
In perfect weather the teams set off through the city. The tasks led to well-known and charming spots in Bonn: stations around the Beethoven House and Poppelsdorfer Schloss provided puzzles, as did corners near the Bonn Minster. In a playful way the groups discovered stories and details that are often overlooked in everyday life. Team building experience in Bonn showed itself at its best: competitive spirit and collegial support went hand in hand.
During the tour the teams were largely on their own, competing in friendly rivalry for the most points. Points were earned by correctly solving puzzles and by creative team tasks — tricky codes, collaborative photo assignments and small brainteasers required communication, creativity and quick coordination. I was available by phone during the three hours in case any technical questions or uncertainties arose.
After exactly three hours all teams met again at Gasthaus Elefant for the awards ceremony. The atmosphere was exuberant: recognition for outstanding team performances, laughter over inventive solutions and of course applause for the winning team, which was presented with medals. Shared moments of success like these visibly strengthen cohesion — a real testament to the team building experience in Bonn.
In conclusion, Geocaching with CityHunters combines a discovery tour, puzzle fun and teamwork into an unforgettable company team building event. Bonn, with its sights and urban charm, provides the perfect setting.
