Team Building Event ADS Allgemeine Deutsche Steuerberatungsges. mbH
We enjoyed perfect weather that morning in Bremen.
On 26 May 2023 at 10:00 I met the 23 participants from ADS Allgemeine Deutsche Steuerberatungsges. mbH at Bremen Central Station to kick off our Geocaching event. After a brief welcome and introduction, each group received a tablet with the preinstalled CityHunters app and the final clues for the tour through the city.
The group was split into four teams and set off in high spirits. Over the next two hours the teams were on their own, competing in a friendly race to score the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solving puzzles and for successfully completing creative team tasks — real teamwork was required and encouraged in a cheerful way. I remained reachable by phone throughout the tour so I could quickly help with any questions.
Our route took the teams to some of the city's most beautiful spots: from the Bremen Town Musicians on to the impressive Bremen Town Hall and finally to Bremen Cathedral. At these and other locations the teams had to use both their heads and their sense of adventure. That exact combination is what makes our team building experience in Bremen so valuable: sightseeing paired with active challenges brings people together and creates shared memories.
After exactly two hours all teams met again at Bremen Central Station for the awards ceremony. The tension was high as the points were tallied, and the winning team was celebrated with well-deserved medals. The atmosphere was jubilant, and it was clear this experience had a unifying effect.
Geocaching in Bremen is the perfect blend of fun, discovery and team development. Whether exploring the market square, solving puzzles in front of the Kunsthalle Bremen, or cheering together over completed tasks, a team building experience in Bremen happens quite naturally. I am already looking forward to the next team building event and to inspiring new teams to enjoy a team building experience in Bremen.
