Team Building Event Allianz SE
Our event concept combines modern technology with playful city exploration to create an immediate team building experience in Fürstenfeldbruck.
On May 23, 2023 at 4:30 PM I welcomed 18 colleagues from Allianz SE to the Fürstenfelder Hotel at Mühlanger as the CityHunters team guide. After a brief introduction to the iPads and the CityHunters app the participants were split into three teams — the goal was simple: solve puzzles together, collect points and grow as a team.
The iPad Tour in Fürstenfeldbruck led the groups through the town center, past well-known sites such as the Cistercian monastery Fürstenfeld, the Amper bridge and the former convent church St. Mariä Himmelfahrt. At various stations interactive challenges demanded teamwork, creativity and speed. The teams were on their own and engaged in a friendly competition for the most points, awarded for correctly solved puzzles and imaginative team tasks. The CityHunters app provided live scores and kept the competitive spirit high — a true team building experience in Fürstenfeldbruck that brings people together.
As team guide I stayed reachable by phone throughout the tour in case of technical questions or organizational needs. The good weather helped set a relaxed yet energetic mood, so everyone took part with great enthusiasm. The mix of culture, history and modern technology turned the tour into an entertaining experience that sparked conversation and created shared moments of success.
After roughly two and a half hours all teams reconvened for the awards ceremony at the Fürstenfelder Hotel. At the closing the winning team received medals — a nice visible moment of achievement and recognition for excellent collaboration.
For me as a guide it was especially rewarding to watch colleagues become true teams within a few hours. This iPad Tour once again demonstrated how powerful a team building experience in Fürstenfeldbruck can be: engaging, interactive and creating lasting bonds.
