Team Building Event 4brands Reply GmbH & Co. KG
Murder Mystery Geocaching is an exciting event concept that perfectly combines city exploration, puzzles, and team spirit.
As the team guide, I welcomed a group of 19 participants from 4brands Reply GmbH & Co. KG on May 4, 2023 at 4:00 PM in Altstaedter Kirchpark. After a brief introduction, colleagues were split into three teams and equipped with tablets. The app guided the teams to the individual crime scenes in Bielefeld and presented the tricky cases, blending technology and adventure into a captivating experience.
During the tour the teams moved independently and competed in a friendly contest for the most points: correctly solved puzzles and shared team tasks counted. It was great to watch how quickly ideas came together, roles emerged, and each group developed its own strategy. I was reachable by phone throughout and only rarely stepped in — the teams tackled many challenges confidently.
The route took participants past familiar spots that revealed Bielefeld from a new perspective. Between trace analysis and tricky questions there were short photo stops at the Sparrenburg, the Kunsthalle Bielefeld, and the Altstädter Nicolaikirche, creating small moments of wonder. Even the famous Bielefeld conspiracy brought smiles and conversation among the investigators.
After exactly three hours everyone met back in Altstaedter Kirchpark for the award ceremony. The mood was celebratory and the sun stayed with us all afternoon — perfect weather for a team building event. When the points were tallied it became clear that it was not just about winning, but above all about togetherness and creative collaboration.
This experience once again showed how effective a team building experience in Bielefeld can be. Whether as a company outing or as a special team building experience, activities like this encourage exchange, enjoyment, and team dynamics. I am glad we explored Bielefeld together and strengthened our team spirit. A team building experience in Bielefeld works and is great fun.
