Team Building Event H&Z Unternehmensberatung AG
On 26.04.2023 at 6:00 PM, 22 colleagues from H&Z Unternehmensberatung AG met for our iPad Tour in Old Town, full of anticipation for a shared adventure and a genuine team building experience in Old Town.
I had the pleasure of welcoming the group as a CityHunters team guide at Max-Josephweg, and after a brief introduction to the iPads and the CityHunters app the participants were split into four teams. The iPads were the central hub: navigation, interactive puzzles and the score display all ran through the app — a perfect blend of modern technology and playful learning.
Then we were off. The teams wandered through the city, explored squares and sights, worked on challenges and tried out creative team tasks. We passed well-known spots like the Frauenkirche, the Deutsches Museum and the Neues Rathaus — great backdrops for exciting challenges and plenty of conversation fodder. Observation, communication and quick decision-making were often required, and the team spirit grew noticeably.
During the tour the groups were largely on their own and competed in friendly rivalry for the highest score. I was available by phone at all times to help with questions or to solve minor technical issues. The CityHunters app synchronizes all teams in real time, so motivation stayed high thanks to the live scoreboards.
After two intense hours all groups met again at Max-Josephweg for a joint awards ceremony. The weather cooperated — pleasant and mild — and the atmosphere was celebratory. In the closing round it was clear what mattered to us: having fun, getting to know each other better and achieving something together. That is exactly what makes our offering special: a genuine team building experience in Old Town that creates lasting connections.
Whether as a company outing or a celebration among colleagues, this iPad Tour combines culture, puzzle fun and teamwork. I am already looking forward to the next team building event and to once again accompany teams as they grow and laugh — the team building experience in Old Town can be so lively and inspiring.
