Team Building Event Kindertageseinrichtung
The weather was especially kind to us that day – blue skies and pleasant temperatures accompanied our Murder Mystery Geocaching in Heilbronn.
As the team guide I welcomed the 11 participants from the daycare center promptly at 12:00 at the Market Square. After a short introduction we explained the schedule, handed out the tablets with the special app and split the group into two teams. Excitement was tangible: curiosity, laughter and a bit of competitive spirit, perfect conditions for a successful team building experience in Heilbronn.
Then the teams set off and explored Heilbronn on their own. The app led them to various stations and well-known landmarks such as St. Kilian's Church, the Old Town Hall and the Fleischhaus. At each stop puzzles and team tasks awaited, demanding concentration, creativity and communication. Points were awarded for solving tasks correctly and for clever teamwork, an exciting competition where fun and cohesion were always front and center.
During the tour I was reachable by phone in case questions or technical problems arose. Usually brief hints were enough to get the little puzzle rolling again. It was wonderful to see how the teams played to their strengths, supported each other and celebrated solutions. That is exactly what makes our concept so valuable: a real team building experience in Heilbronn where the city becomes a playground for cooperation and communication.
After exactly three hours everyone met back at the Market Square for the joint awards ceremony. The mood was exuberant and proud when the winning team was announced and everyone shared their experiences. Moments like these show how much a shared adventure brings people together.
