Team Building Event Tonka GmbH
The four participants from Tonka GmbH arrived on time and in high spirits at the meeting point, ready for our Murder Mystery Geocaching on 31 March 2023 at 11:00.
As the team guide I welcomed the group at Palais am Festungsgraben, gave a brief introduction and explained the format and rules. After the briefing the teams exchanged a few words, picked up their devices and set off — a real experience for anyone looking for a team building experience in Mitte. The weather cooperated, so the mood was positive and motivated from the start.
During the tour the teams operated independently and competed in a friendly contest for the highest score. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and successful team tasks — communication, creative ideas and quick thinking were all rewarded. I remained available by phone throughout and supported them with any questions.
The route led the teams past well-known sights and continually revealed new perspectives on Mitte. Stations near the Brandenburg Gate and Museum Island, and spots with views of the Berlin Cathedral, became part of the investigation and added true big‑city flair. Sightseeing became an active experience: a team building experience in Mitte that is fun and creates lasting memories.
The combination of puzzle fun, technology and spontaneous teamwork made the event an intense experience. The tablet-based app guided participants through the cases, displayed clues and provided the necessary thrill while searching for traces and evidence. It was wonderful to watch colleagues bring different strengths to the table and find solutions together — exactly what an effective team building experience in Mitte is all about.
After three hours all teams met again at Palais am Festungsgraben for the awards ceremony. It was great to see how much joy and energy the group had and how the shared challenge strengthened their bonds. A Murder Mystery Geocaching that combined fun, suspense and real team spirit — a perfect team building event in the city of Mitte.
