Team Building Event Goserver GmbH

As a CityHunters team guide, I had the pleasure of leading a lively Geocaching event for Goserver GmbH in Salzburg on March 24, 2023 at 3:00 PM. Twenty-four colleagues gathered at Furtwänglerpark, full of curiosity and energy — the perfect starting point for our team building experience in Salzburg.

After a brief welcome and a clear overview of the schedule, we split into four teams. I explained the tasks, the scoring system, and how the CityHunters app works on the tablets. I stayed available by phone during the tour for any questions or minor technical hiccups, so every team felt confident to get underway.

The teams set off on their own to explore the city. For us, a team building experience in Salzburg means solving puzzles together, thinking creatively, and encouraging one another. The challenges led the groups to well-known and tucked-away spots — with views of Fortress Hohensalzburg, a detour near Mirabell Palace, and moments when Salzburg Cathedral provided the perfect backdrop.

The competition for the most points was spirited: puzzles were cracked, team challenges completed, and surprising solutions celebrated. It was wonderful to see such a mix of skills come together and how quickly new team dynamics formed. For me, this shared problem-solving and laughter are at the heart of a team building experience in Salzburg.

After about two and a half hours, everyone met back at Furtwänglerpark for the award ceremony. The weather cooperated, the mood was relaxed and enthusiastic — ideal conditions for a fitting finish. The scoring made it clear that it was not just about winning, but above all about the shared experience and camaraderie.

In conclusion, the afternoon with Goserver GmbH once again showed how effective and fun a team building experience in Salzburg can be. Anyone looking to rediscover the city combines adventure and togetherness in a way that leaves lasting memories. I’m already looking forward to the next teams we get to guide through Salzburg.
