Team Building Event Merck KGaA
The sun shone over Prague all afternoon, giving us perfect conditions for a lively team building event.
On 07.02.2023 at 2:45 pm I had the pleasure, as a CityHunters team guide, of welcoming 228 colleagues from Merck KGaA at the meeting point Pražský poledník. After a short, sharp briefing it quickly became clear: today was all about fun, speed and team spirit – 33 teams were ready to discover Prague in a whole new way.
Our iPad Tour combines history, culture and modern technology in a wonderful way. With the iPads and the CityHunters app, the teams navigated through the city center, solved interactive riddles and tackled creative team challenges. It is precisely this mix that makes our team building experience in Prague so special: playful, demanding and full of aha moments.
The teams passed highlights such as the Charles Bridge, the Prague Castle complex and the Prague Astronomical Clock, while also exploring lesser-known corners of the city. Each puzzle and task earned points – and before long it was clear how strategy, communication and collaborative problem-solving brought the groups closer together. The team building experience in Prague that day meant laughing together, thinking together and celebrating successes as a team.
During the tour the groups were largely on their own, but they could rely on my support at any time: I was always reachable by phone if questions arose or technical assistance was needed. After 2.5 hours everyone met again at Pražský poledník for a joyful awards ceremony. First to third places received medals – a crowning finish to a dynamic afternoon.
It fills me with joy every time to see how the team building experience in Prague brings people closer and sharpens awareness of team strengths.
